Office Visits Are Paid At The Time Of Service.

The clinic does not bill insurance. Payment is collected at the conclusion of each appointment. The cost of a visit is provided at the time of scheduling; please call 972-896-1895 to inquire.

Please Note

Please arrive 30 minutes before your first visit and 15 minutes before subsequent visits. Cancellations and rescheduled appointments require 24 hours' notice. Please call 972-896-1895 if you are running late or unable to attend. A $75 fee may apply to missed appointments.

Outside the Office Visit

The physician may order laboratory tests, imaging, prescriptions, or specialist referrals during a visit. Patients arrange each of these services with the provider of their choice and are responsible for any associated charges. Insurance may be applied to these services in the usual manner.
